- Step 1: Creation of the long list. Creative targeting and identification. From the time of the briefing a listing of target companies is expanded and a systematic direct search starts: identification of relevant sources and candidates for generating the long list of contacts for the assignment, the important platform for the execution of the search. Years of contacts of individuals, having monitored their careers helps in the recommendation and sourcing of experienced candidates and talent.

- Step 2: Development of the candidate short list. Through rigorous telephone contacting of individuals of the long list, follow-up and approaching and screening of potential talent in the targeted and related companies yield in the delivery of CV’s of telephone-screened candidates with important qualifying comments.
